Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services (applied unless otherwise specified)
1. Service Description
We provide professional cleaning services for residential spaces unless otherwise agreed.
2. Service Agreement
By availing our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
All services are subject to scheduling availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
Payment can be made in Cash, Check, or Zelle. Other methods will be considered on a case by case basis.
Prices are determined based on the size of the space and specific services requested.
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service before the technician has left the premises.
A 5% late fee is applied at 11pm of the date serviced, and an additional 5% is added every day after.
Breezy Renewal reserves the ability to change pricing for services. There will be a 90 day notice of any change before they occur.
Discounts are required to be in place before price is determined. If a discount is brought up after payment is required, the discount will be credited to the next service. If a discount is brought up after payment is made, the discount will be credited to the next service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Breezy Renewal will communicate with any issues that arise that prevent service from being completed on-time. This will be in discounts, refunds, or any other agreed upon solution between client and Breezy Renewal. During situations that are weather-related or risking safety, we reserve the right to re-schedule or refund service for that specific date.
Cancellations or rescheduling require 12 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Client failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of service before services are continued.
5. Liability and Damages
While utmost care is taken during the cleaning process, the company understands that if accidents occur, the company will cover the cost of replacement, fix, or clean. Insurance and bond involvement will be determined after an investigation.
Please ensure valuable or fragile items are secured prior to the cleaning service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please notify us within 24 hours if the service does not meet your expectations.
We will work to rectify any issues reported within the specified timeframe.
Breezy Renewal does not hold accountability for any pre-existing damage or non-cleaning related issues made prior to any service visit.
7. Access to Premises
Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.
If access is denied, a cancellation fee of 100% the cost of service may apply.
Breezy Renewal does not hold on to keys.A lock box or codes are recommended.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information. No outside guests will be let in without direct permission from the homeowner. All information is held with the utmost privacy.
9. Insurance
Breezy Renewal is insured for liability and bonding.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America, Washington State, King County, City of Redmond.
Taxes subject to WAC 458-20-172. Most of Breezy Renewals services are not required to be taxable for sales tax, check for specialty cleans to see if it falls as taxable.
11.Eco-Friendly Guidelines
Our products are certified/background checked to be eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and child-friendly.
All products will have SDS sheets accessible in vehicles, as well as all persons are trained to use them properly.
12. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
If another product is necessary or requested, the homeowner and/or customer will be notified of the product being used, Proper PPE will be required.
